Leadership Support
Our committee responsibility is to support, encourage and sustain all paid staff, church council members and other volunteer leaders of the congregation at Faith. Some of the ways we do this are by assisting to find volunteers for committees and helping to facilitate discussions between committees for shared activities as needed. We also plan and conduct yearly leadership retreats and perform performance reviews for the Pastor.
