Properties
Properties’ purpose is to maintain and improve the facilities at Faith Lutheran Church, by establishing a group of people, both volunteers and team members, that will have long term knowledge of the repair, maintenance, and improvement of different systems in the church building.

Properties Team
For the future, the Properties team is establishing a prioritized list of projects that need to be completed. We want to develop processeses that will allow our volunteers to have projects that are clearly defined yet adaptable, so they can work unimpeded by the properties committee. The team is also developing a decision making process that the team will use at meetings as well as the use of available technology to provide quick turn around in making decisions.
